Please read these terms and conditions carefully. The terms and conditions set out below apply to all participants submitting entries for the "Pass the Joy Parcel" Promotion ("the Promotion") conducted by Kraft Foods SA (Pty) Limited, 18 Harrowdene Office Park, Kelvin Drive Woodmead, Sandton, 2191, Tel: 011 253 4000.
Submission of the entry code by participants for entry to the competition will serve as acceptance by the participant of all the related terms and conditions.
All South Africans except employees of the Promoter, any of its Associated Companies, their merchandisers, advertising, promotional and PR agencies and all their immediate families are allowed to enter this promotion.
No persons under the age of 18 will be considered eligible for this Promotion. Parent/guardian permission will be necessary for all persons aged under 18.
Entry to the competition is through the purchase of any Cadbury Dairy Milk slab, and by SMSing the last six digits of the barcode on the wrapper to 32323 (SMS charged at R1.00 incl. VAT. Free minutes do not apply).
Multiple entries will be permitted, subject to each entry being submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements which is the purchasing of a single Cadbury Dairy Milk slab.
The Promoter will not be responsible for any non-delivery of entries.
The competition runs until the 30th November 2011. No entries received after midnight on the 30th November 2011 will be accepted.
The prizes (in the form of joy parcels) are up for grabs and are triggered by a random draw each week. All the prizes associated with this promotion (in the form of joy parcels) have a combined total value of R350 000.
The prizes listed above will be alternated over the period of the campaign and may change/vary according to availability.
Five (5) joy parcels will be delivered to the relevant winners at the specified address. These joy parcels must be forwarded on for four (4) more consecutive times. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.
The joy parcel can only be forwarded within a 100km radius from any relevant winners specified address.
Each winner must sign an acknowledgement of receipt.
The Promoter shall not be liable if they are unable to contact the winning cellphone number within 24 hours of being drawn for any reason whatsoever. The Promoter may in its sole discretion forfeit the prize or draw a new cellphone number from the eligible entries.
These prizes cannot be sold or exchanged for cash.
The prize winners indemnify the Promoter and hold the Promoter harmless for any loss, damage, harm or injury which the prize winners may sustain as a result of any claim which may be made against it by any third party, whilst participating in this promotional campaign.
The Promoters may refuse to award any prize to a participant if there is suspicion of any irregularities or fraudulent activities.
Neither Promoter nor its agents or distributors will have any liability in relation to this promotion.
If the Promoters are required by any legislation, the Minister of Trade and Industry, or the National Lotteries to alter any aspect of the competition or to terminate competition as a result of changes in legislation, the Promoters will have the right to terminate this competition with immediate effect and without notice of such termination. In such event all participants hereby waive any rights which they may have against the Promoters and acknowledge that they will have no recourse or claim of any nature whatsoever against the Promoters, its agents, contractors and/or sponsors.
The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
No substitution of any prize is allowed. Winning SMS numbers will be notified by telephone. Notification of the winners status must be kept confidential by the winners until they are publicly revealed by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to carry out reasonable due diligence to confirm eligibility and help ensure that the use of any such person in advertising or publicity for the Promotion will not bring the Promoter or any of The Promoter brands into public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule or reflect unfavorably on the Promotion as determined by Promoter in its sole discretion.
At the Promoter's request, winners must participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in promotional material or in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
The Promoter may collect, store and use (not share) personal information of entrants for communication or statistical purposes.
Kraft Foods SA (Pty) Limited, will at its own discretion, be able to amend the rules to the competition at any time during the duration of the competition
